Dear Colleague,

In the Chairman's introductory letter in May 2007 he stated that he wanted to Increase the awareness among students of career opportunities within CGi member organisations.

The fact that we are all operating in a full employment market is not new to any of our members so attracting future candidates at this critical stage, when they are beginning to select future careers, is a key CGi objective.

The actions set included:

Using our new web site to promote current employment opportunities in our member organisations.

At present we have only limited number of job postings. Please support this page which give you free recruitment advertising

Working through Careers advisors in schools to promote the value of our member organisations.

This we have done but needs continual support. The Careers Service would like to access our web site for careers opportunities however until we get a reasonable number of opportunities we are loathe to promote the page to them.

Upgrading our presence at the annual Careers Convention.

Please email our Webmaster with any postings for career opportunities in your organisations whether for school and university leavers or staff already in employment.
