Offshore Electronics was formed in September 1990 following the successful Management Buy Out (MBO) of Eurotherm (Guernsey) Limited from the EI Group. The MBO was followed by a substantial bricks and mortar investment resulting in a purpose built 20,000 sq ft facility, the latest automated assembly equipment and recruitment of experienced staff.

The aim was, and still is to provide the best electronic contract manufacturing service for our UK, European and International customers.

Today, 20 years on and Offshore Electronics is still 100% owned by the team of working Directors, the annual turnover exceeds £6.0 million and the company has a very strong balance sheet.

We currently employ 65 staff and have an experienced senior management team who all have engineering backgrounds and are responsible for the day to day running of the operation.
