Clive has been interviewed by both BBC Guernsey and the Guernsey Press this week over the CGi’s ongoing concerns that the Law is not fit for purpose.
We have maintained since its introduction that the Law is impacting negatively on key parts of the economy and is not necessary. We believe the population will find its own level so the legislation should be scrapped.
